Are you hallucinating?

"There were fewer rats now, they must have walked off somewhere. Only four remained. At the feet of Professor Trottelreiner, who was sound asleep, they were playing bridge, using his cards. Bridge? Even with the unusually high concentration of hallucinogens in the air, was it possible for rats to play bridge? Worried, I looked over the fattest one's shoulder. He was holding his cards helter-skelter, and didn't even follow suit. It was alright then...I gave a sigh of relief."

Speaking of bridge, the other day I tried to look up bridge instructions. I managed to get through four pages of bylaws re: what to do if somebody looks at their cards early and how many times a deck has to be shuffled before it can be dealt. Which is more of an accomplishment than you might think. It was awful. I can't imagine any minor card fiasco they haven't planned for. Older card enthusiasts are weirdly wordy and conscientious. I don't know what I was expecting though.

But I still want to play sometime in May. If you get an idea of how to play from TFC without having to read rules like I read, please let me know.

Anyway, happy cinco de mayo! Good luck on your final!
